The Elevator is Broken… is a tool for students to use from third grade well into their college years, making students more productive in and outside the classroom. This journal/workbook assists students with identifying and developing leadership and decision-making skills. Students will be able to identify leadership characteristics, utilize select music and videos to decipher positive and negative messages, identify and discuss various culture and subculture behavior, understand the purpose and importance of setting goals, and examine past and present experiences in leadership and decision-making with enriching scenario exercises.
